POPULAR DELIVERY METHODS

Design-Build

Our most common construction delivery method for many decades includes the distinction of a single contract that covers both the design and construction of a project, simplifying the job for the owner. Design-build is a collaborative process that pairs Roebuck's construction expertise with that of an architect, creating an alliance that often leads to faster build times and better budget alignment.

CMAR

Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)

The collaborative nature of CMAR allows our expert team to jump into the project early on to put our heads together with the project designer, ensuring that every step of the process runs as smoothly and cost-efficiently as possible. By working closely with the designer, our team can offer the owner insights into efficiencies and identify problems before they ever arise during construction. Clients hand-select their designer, delegate the responsibility of project management to our team, enjoy full transparency on all costs associated with the project, and trust that we are their greatest advocate.

Design-Bid-Build

Design-Bid-Build

The design-bid delivery method is a good fit for the owner who has already hired an architect, has a completed design in hand, and wants to get the most competitive pricing on the project via bidding. Contractors bid on the construction project based solely on what is stated in the design documents, and the winning bidder builds to that scope.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Pre-construction

You might have heard the saying, “measure twice, cut once.” At Roebuck Buildings, we take that to heart. We understand that the most critical component of any construction project begins long before groundbreaking. This proactive approach helps us tackle budgeting, scheduling, site review, project delivery, and conceptual planning in a way that’s tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Roebuck Buildings can guide clients in the right direction for project feasibility early in their evaluation by digging into zoning restrictions, geotech reports, topographical surveys, physical site challenges, DOT compliance and more. What Clients are saying

I was presented with a few options when determining who our general contractor would be.  From the initial kickoff meeting with Ryan, I knew these guys were different. Rather than simply talking numbers, they jumped into understanding what our goals were. Rather than putting up a bunch of red tape and warnings about change orders, we established fair pricing, fair timelines, and a mutual understanding on what success on our project looked like. I felt in control and very supported."
