Dean joined Roebuck Buildings in 1984, working in most every aspect of the construction business, both in the field and the office. As a second-generation partner in the business, he led the company as President from 1987 to 2022 and now serves as CEO and Chairman. Dean has seen the construction industry evolve in many ways, leading Roebuck Buildings to evolve along with it and continuing its 77-year legacy of building with integrity. Dean enjoys taking a project from idea to finished product, and you can often find him collaborating with clients on designs and putting his decades of experience to use creating the best possible building for their needs.
