Eric's interest in the construction industry began in childhood and turned into passion during a mission trip to a small town in Bolivia, during which he helped install a water system for a school and construct an addition for the local medical clinic. After more than 20 years in the industry, he manages Roebuck Buildings' financial stability and profitability as CFO, fostering partnerships with clients, mitigating financial risk, and supporting strategic growth efforts.
