Gaffney Dental Specialties

This new construction medical dental facility includes orthodontics and pediatric dentistry offices. The challenge of this project included working with two different clients – each with separate offices and requirements – to design and build a new facility to house both practice specialties. Wood frame construction was used on this project, coupled with a manufactured stone and Hardi-board siding veneer and architectural shingles. The project required heavy landscaping and irrigation with a buffer and a new underground waste container in lieu of a traditional dumpster and enclosure.
