This popular Spartanburg coffee shop needed a building that could house its coffee brewing process, coupled with a full sized kitchen, ample dining space, a covered outdoor area and a drive-through service window. The structure Roebuck Buildings constructed consisted of a pre-engineered metal building, including metal wall panels and standing seam metal roof to give the property a rustic appeal. The building's interior, excluding restrooms and office space, features open ceilings, and the building is capped by three clear anodized, full-glass roll-up doors for easy access to the 1,250 sq ft outdoor seating area overlooking the Mary Black Rail Trail. The heavy-duty steel deck area can also be used for outdoor concerts.
