As a campus expansion, Greer Middle College and Roebuck Buildings partnered to build a two-story gymnasium and classroom facility constructed with a conventional steel and masonry structure to match the building's façade to the existing campus buildings for architectural continuity. The facility also houses a fitness area, locker rooms for their athletic programs, classrooms, a covered patio area, restrooms, concessions, offices and plenty of storage.
