Roebuck Buildings completed a 94,000 sq ft interior up-fit for Smartpress (Smartpress.com), a full-service online printing company opening in Duncan. Highlights of the project included creating 9,124 sq ft of office space — offices, conference rooms, a large break room, and a reception area — in addition to electrical work, a compressed air system and a custom chiller system for their printing presses.

"I was presented with a few options when determining who our general contractor would be. From the initial kickoff meeting with Ryan, I knew these guys were different. Rather than simply talking numbers, they jumped into understanding what our goals were. Rather than putting up a bunch of red tape and warnings about change orders, we established fair pricing, fair timelines, and a mutual understanding on what success on our project looked like. I felt in control and very supported. Then the project kicked off and we got the pleasure of meeting and working with Steed, our project manager. Again, he was different. It was refreshing to work with such a detail oriented individual who didn't get stuck in the details but instead moved everything along. He is methodical with the details and communicates at a very high level. We are coming to completion on our project and Roebuck is on time, on budget, and has wowed us every step of the way.
