Roebuck Buildings completed an equipment dealership that included a 19,000 sq ft office of conventional steel with ACM panels and an aluminum storefront facade, coupled with a 40,500 sq ft warehouse/truck shop consisting of a pre-engineered metal building with insulated metal panels above a CMU masonry facade. Features included a coffee bar, elevator to the mezzanine, trucker’s lounge, and a wash bay for trucks.
