case study
As a leading manufacturer of aluminum canopies, walkway covers, and other roof-over systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, this company needed ample office space for their employees, as well as a large warehouse for cutting, stamping, and storing aluminum products. To meet the production needs of the client, Roebuck Buildings built a structure consisting of a pre-engineered metal building with 10' split-faced block facade around the perimeter which helped give the building an interesting architectural feature. Above the heated warehouse, Roebuck utilized a standing seam metal roof, and the floor was comprised of 6" concrete. The interior of the facility also featured 7,300 sq ft of finished, fully-sprinklered office space, including executive offices, a lobby with a full height storefront system at the office entrance, a break room, and open office for cubicles and storage. The warehouse area is exhausted with louvres and exhaust fans, separate shipping and receiving and loading dock areas with drive-in overhead door access and perimeter windows for natural light.
