Roebuck Buildings constructed a large industrial spec building in the Golden Corners Commerce Center featuring insulated pre-cast wall panels on three sides and an insulated metal wall on the fourth. The structure has 6" concrete floors, conventional steel with bar joists, and 50x50 garage bays. The office portion of the project features colors complementary to the exterior, reveals in the pre-cast wall panels, a distinctive glass storefront and sunshades.
