Mt. Holly Commerce Park Spec Building

Roebuck Buildings completed a Class A, institutional grade industrial tilt-up construction with structural steel framing in the Mt. Holly Commerce Park. The building included 26 dock doors, ESFR sprinklers, 110 parking spaces, and an entry façade to accommodate two tenants. In addition to the base building, we separately built the interior office up-fit for the property, which featured 32’ clear ceiling height, 135’ concrete paved truck court, two drive-in doors, and 7’ un-reinforced concrete slab.
